Doubts about some pkmn's training

So, my current team is in my signature. To complement it, i'm going to build a Volcarona, a Venasaur, a Pumpkaboo and a Garchomp.

 

For these 4, which should be the stats to maximize, or which are the ones most people build in? The only one in not having any doubts is for venasaur, which i think he should be (very) tanky and with some HP and damage over time-dealing moves. 

 

For the other 3 i'm having issues, any help if you may?

garchomp is mainly attack and speed, since you know... eq and outrage...

Volcarona is special attack and speed, quiver dance boosting this even more helps it out greatly

Pumpkaboo I'm not fully sure, but I'd say max HP and mad def with things like will-o-wisp and leech seed, can be combined with Venusaur if you wanna use that for special defence

Are you not evolving Pumpkaboo? its evolution gourgeist has a nice Def stat, so i'd say max HP and 128 for each defensive stat (128 def, 128 Special def)

Volcarona is easy. Move 1 Quiver Dance, Move 2 Bug Buzz, Move 3 Fiery dance or Fire Blast and move 4 Something, in my case morning sun, bur roost is better 

Max EV on speed and sp attack

 

The others I am not so certain, Garchomp mas EV on attack and speed, but moves I dont know (except the ones mentioned above)

Most bug types give Spec def, but follow this Guide and you'll be fine^^
