Celestine mountain underwater cave Ep 16

Hey everyone
It's my first post so sorry if anythings missing or is spelled wrong.
P.s. I have looked and searched around on the forum but didn't find anything that could help with my question.

Well here goes, i was using dive in the cave on route 1. Where i think the stone to evole Evee into Glaceon is located, and where you find the life orb.

 

In the top right corner in the diving spot i found another cave entrance.

 After entering the cave and emergin from the dive spot i find this

Now my question, are there a pokémon in here normally at somepoint or is the deepseascale in the pokéball currently the only thing.

Btw it's not a Glaceon im asking about

You won't find the rock for glaceon there, check this video:

Thanks for your answer  but that's not what im asking about but the stone is in the same cave as the diving spot

I know it wans't  I wasn't sure so I just helped with glaceon  

From what I remeber, there is only that item there. maybe you can find some mons by fishing/surfing in the water but it will be the same as in other places in that mountain.
