Len
I use a list of fully evolved Pokemon (such as this one http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/List_of_fully_evolved_Pokémon_by_base_stats) and assign them a slot in a box. Takes about 16 boxes for all of it. Sample Box:
Vhandrake
This will sound boring, but to make it easier for me when i try to find a pokémon i organize them according to the types, then from most useful (or the one i like the most) to less useful (or the ones i don't like). YES! it's boring but effective!
HUEnd
I organize my boxes like this: - Trained mons (I'm using 3~4 boxes atm) - Females for breeding (8~12 boxes iirc) - Males for breeding (1 box) - Utility mons, such as pickup, compoundeyes, flame body, etc (1 box) The remaining boxe are kept for offsprings and 'to train' mons.
