This is around the time where freiza destroyed planet vegeta so no saying " Nail takes them all out " I didn't watch early dragon ball, but if there was a kid nail at the time of planet vegeta's destruction, yeah he can fight. No dragon balls. Giant namekians and great apes are allowed. Kid vegeta and baby broly are fighting, so is bardock and king vegeta. No super saiyan bardock though. Major namekians can fight too.
