Solomon would walk closer towards the table (or whatever they were using) before he leaned down to pick up the cartridge that had fallen onto the floor. He would then gingerly inspect the odd and magical little device for a few moments. Before he finally decided to simply hand it back to Bridgett while he said "Nah I just wanted to check up on you to try and find out how you were doing after the fight, but well...did you manage to find out anything new about the servants from the Assassin? Or did you completely and utterly obliterate her with your magic before everyone remembered that they should have asked her some questions?".

Bridgett cocked her head a little and took the cartridge from Solomon "Ummm....no we really didn't learn much and i didn't obliterate her the spider lady thing did after she seemed to get annoyed with just healing the group." Bridgett said as she put her refilled cartridges into what looked like a gun magazine.

"My lady your forgetting to introduce yourself" Mornings Arrow chimed.

That caused Bridgett to blush some more before she looked over at the new person who was with Solomon " Sorry. I'm Bridgett Myth and this is Mornings Arrow i don't think we have meet yet." She said with a slight smile towards the new person "Greetings" Mornings Arrow chimed once more.

An almost average height girl climbed out of the throne of books Solomon made for her and followed behind at a reasonable distance while he approached the person they had spent the last few minutes trying to find.

When Bridgett introduced herself the girls stepped forward, she had blue eyes and red hair, she carried a glaive at her side, trying to keep it from bumping into anything while indoors.

"Hello, my name is Spicy HG, it's nice to meet you both." She obviously spoke to Bridgett and Morning's Arrow.

She took another small step forward to meet with Solomon and Bridgett at the edge of the work surface.

"I joined with the newest group of reinforcements, we were sent to help you all defeat the Trespasser in this world."

Solomon would then awkwardly gesture at HG before he said "Oh right sorry I forgot to introduce her didn't I?...but anyway Miss HG has spent some time following me around the place to try and find out more about our odd little group from an insider. And I honestly feel that it would be a great idea for her to get a second opinion...which is why I brought her to you since everyone else that is nice on this team is busy". After he said those words he would adjust his slightly scorched clothes a bit before he continued by asking "Also have the both of you gotten anything to eat yet?".

Aurora

Aurora entered the room looking.... well, displeased was an understatement, as she carried several shining stones with her, each one about the size of a ping pong ball and radiating a constant white light. After she'd finished the batch, there had been no reason to persist out in the courtyard, where no end of nonsense was taking place... and besides, she needed to find a flesh bag who was both magically adept, and actually smart enough, to help her fully test the things.

Of course, technically she could've done it herself, but well... she was a goddess with an entire aspect devoted to positive energy, the results would've most definitely be skewed in a certain direction if she'd personally gone and done it. Of course they'd work for her, she'd made the damn things- but they weren't for her, that was the problem. They were for the squishy  flesh bags, and none of them could use them, then this would just end up a waste of her time....

Hence, as she scuttled through the doorway, she took stock of who else was already there, trying to find a suitable guinea pig... and upon seeing the crazed bookish fleshbag who had started a fight long ago, in the barren world, with one of their own party members.... she instantly decided he would most definitely not be it and continued her search around the relatively spartan banquet hall.

Spicy HG look over at Solomon asge spoke, then turned to Bridgett with a smile on her face and replied.

"What he isn't telling you is that he took me to a room with a very upset Goddess in it, then turned around and tried to set me on fire in the next room."

As she spoke ger expressiton and tone made it very clear she was being sarcastic.

She glanced back at Solomon and pressed her hand against her stomach.

"You know, I think is has been a while since the last time I ate."

"Umm well i can't say much i haven't really talk to to many of the others so i can't say much." Bridgett said blushing a little "How did he set you on fire? that wouldn't be to good for his books. " she said laughing a little "and no i haven't eaten anything in awhile. Why do you ask?" She finished as she started to but her cartridges away.

Solomon had attempted to pull out a cookbook out of one of his his pockets before he would say something in response to Bridgett and HG's statements. (Rolled an 8) But oddly enough he found his hand to be quite empty when he finally pulled it out. This caused him to quickly insert his hand inside of another pocket to pull out a pork flavored nutrisoy "rind" before he said "Well to be brutally honest I actually brought her here because you seemed like you could use a friend...one that exists in the meatspace as something more than your world's coolest accessory anyway.". He would then munch on the "I was flagellated for expressing my belief that was not a pork rind" brand pork rind for a few moments before he continued by saying "Also I didn't set her on fire, that was caused by an eldritch fire spirit that I had apparently summoned inside of the golden breastplate I wore for an amount of time that would be disturbing for anyone who wasn't a Wizard.".

He took a deep breath after he said those words, and his hand rummaged around inside of his pocket once more before he continued by saying "And finally I am pretty hungry right now and I was just wondering if the two of you would want to go out of the room and try to find something to eat right now...since I think that none of us wants to fight another army with an empty stomach right?".

Venus

Venus had spent much time idling in the War Room after the battle was over -- partly out of exhaustion, but primarily out of skepticism. While his experience here had exposed the artist to many otherworldly prospects and presented itself a fine canvas for his many productions, he couldn't help but wonder -- when would such balter be over? Was he to continue neverendingly performing in such a dimension, a stage with many a canvas but neither an audience that applauded nor gave their smiles or screams? Or was there an end goal that he and the team were to accomplish before they would be permitted to return to their own worlds? What would the people in his town and fame make of his disappearance? How long was he to stay there? Such thoughts circled in his mind for quite some while, and it admittedly suffocated him to question underlying motives of his forced presence here. He decided to pay it little heed -- work would come sooner or later, enough to distract and indulge him in the art he ever so adored and cherished.

A glint of white caught Venus' eye as he turned to the direction of what seemed like white orbs that shone like the gumusservi of a full-moon evening, almost as large as the nugget the spider had made for him previously. True enough, Aurora was nearby, adorning the orbs around her like a woman would with jewelry, as he raised a brow in curiosity. Venus couldn't deduce her intentions with neither the orbs nor her presence here, but he could notice that her eyes contained a gaze almost predatory, though they defied her need of something beyond food to quell what was a carnivore's otherwise insatiable hunger. Reaching for his bag, he found it containing the remains of gold he had collected from the draconic creature earlier, the staff he had collected, and, to what was a mix of slight relief and disappointment -- the remains of potatoes his servants had additionally packed for him, aside from his usual artistic tools and ammunition. He would have to find a way to reuse and recycle, or find materials to replace his slowly waning resources. Meanwhile, the staff he had collected was too dull for his liking, nor did it seem like it would be aesthetic enough to sell or to alter it for another purpose, nor would breaking it down be of the essence at the current time. If he had to keep such an item, he would at least want it beautiful enough to be presentable. The leftover gold, potatoes, the staff and the spider linked in together to form a relatively satisfying picture, except for one thing -- he no longer had anything to compensate or to offer for what the spider would do for him, and he doubted that she would consent if he were empty-handed.

Perhaps he could rely on his negotiation alone for this -- better to try than to give up, as they say. He approached Aurora and gracing her with a second courteous bow, withdrawing the gold and potatoes. However, perhaps she didn't need such resources to make such adornments, as the orbs she held fascinated him more. "I see you've made yourself orbs of your own? Why, I must admit they do seem a sight for sore eyes," His attempt at flattery would likely come across as as sphallolalia, but he paid it no heed. "I'll cut to the chase -- I require another golden orb such as the one you made previously. Though of course, perhaps you no longer need such resources to produce one? I'm admittedly interested in how and why you've made these," He said, addressing the orbs with her.

"I'm game to get some real food, the last world I was on had...interesting food.  I could definitely go for something more familiar.  I think I saw a mess hall of some sort on the other side of the barracks, we could see if they have anything to eat."

She turns to address Bridgett specifically with her next statement, a look of curiosity on her face.

"So...umm....what are your powers?  Not that I'm trying to pry to much, I just doubt that the multiverse would pick random people from different worlds like some sort of sick game."
Spicy HG gives her own clothes a cursory glance before saying, "I think you can guess by the lack of burns that I'm immune to fire, most of my powers are learned skills from my world, others....not as much 'learned' as 'haphazardly obtained', it's complicated."

As an answer, aurora held up her hand before Venus, and their in her palm, countless furious lances of light collided in a blinding burst of heat and divine power, and as the brilliant flash they created faded, there in it's wake was a small, floating orb of soft, gold-white light. She promptly dropped the small, glowing orb of golden radiance into his hands. It was perfectly round, smooth to the touch like a pearl, and pulsed with the warmth of a miniature sun.

"I made them because certain fleshbags can't be arsed to learn about healing," She said, still a bit miffed about whatever had happened, judging by her expression "You know how close some of them who were with me came to dying? I was one of the only things keeping most of their sorry hides alive, and then after I went and obliterated that damn witch, I try and get a few of them interested to learn how to channel positive energy so they take care of themselves, and do you know what happens once we got back here?"

She waited, for several seconds, as if expecting venus to actually answer. The question was actually rhetorical though, as she started right back up "Not even one of those damn squishies took the opportunity to learn. NOT EVEN ONE! I sat there for I don't know how long, waiting, watching, until finally...I decided to go about this a different way. If they don't want to learn, fine... but I'm not going to continue letting them put the burden of preservation on my shoulders. Thus I made these,"

She held up one of the Life Anchors

"That orb in your hand is merely the basis from which the others were created. I condensed a bit of light magic and my own divine energy until it took on solid form, then I instilled each of them with it's own direct connection to the positive energy plane- all some squishy would have to do to receive instant healing is to activate it.... of course, assuming their smart enough to figure it out, or have enough raw magic to simply brute force it. As for the offer of your gold,"

She looked him up and down for a moment- though Venus would not it was nothing like how a hungry predator would, but rather a very shrewed, discriminating consumer inspecting a peice of product, trying to find even the smallest fault to justify lowering the price to more desirable levels "hmmmmm... No, while I may be able to make these baubles from my own power and nothing else, I have no domain over gold or other minerals- except crystals, such as what the energy condensed into these trinkets ultimately became. If you want me to make you yet another orb, you will have to provide the materials yourself, aaaaaand....you will help me test these baubles to ensure that they will indeed work, so long as a squishy is smart enough or has enough raw power. I would do this myself, but.... I created them, I have full power over healing, and truth be told, I could channel far more restorative forces without them. Of course they would work if I tested them...but they aren't for me, they're for you lot. Hence, one of you must test them, to be sure."

Bridgett tilted her head in slight confusion before speaking. "I'm nothing to special I'm just a Aerial Mage who works for the TSAB, who specializes in bombardment spells nothing fancy or really interesting."  she said blushing a little. " My Lady is being modest she is quite powerful" Mornings Arrow chimed in once more. "Oh no i'm not there are many who are stronger then me both here and back in my world." Bridgett said quickly as her blush deepened "But yes i could use some food as well. So shall well get going?"  she said as she stood up slowly "If My Lady says so." Mornings Arrow chimed as she stood though.

Solomon would slowly assemble two small floating book thrones (Rolled a 92 and a 22) after he heard HG's and Bridgett's statements. And he would then do his best to try and politely gesture at the two of them to take a seat before he said. "Well they probably won't have anything good to eat if the fact that this place is under siege is any indication. Unless...". The expression on the book mage's face seemed quite thoughtful as he trailed off in that last sentence and stared at a nearby wall. He would then slowly dramatically insert his left hand inside of his right pocket with all five of its fingers extended. (Rolled a 72) And he then pulled out a rather flashy looking book with the words "The Future of Football" written on its red white and blue cover. But for some odd reason or other he shook his head and decided to simply place the book back in its proper place before anyone else could make out anything else about it. "Wait no never mind. That is a terrible idea. We should just go to the mess hall".

Venus

Incompetence. Insufficiency. Inadequacy. Those had been what Venus saw as the root of Aurora's disdain, things that he derided himself as a perfectionist artist, qualities that he knew he was opposite of, be it in art or that of battle. Things he saw in most if not all of his other subordinates, much like the spider had lamented. It was the privilege of the talented -- the useful -- to look down upon those that were not. And yet Aurora catered herself to a cause most noble, leaving Venus to wonder if her efforts came from obligation or a real kindness masked by the irritation she had just displayed to him. Human, he thought, much so for a carnivore otherwise seen as....rather voracious. More human that Venus now was, at least. Though perhaps it was the package deal that came with being half human and half spider, dulling what was otherwise a black widow's foremost predatory instinct. Beyond entertaining such thoughts he also considered himself lucky that Aurora herself had asked a favor of him -- as much as she expressed her need as a price -- for Venus' previous offer.

"Perhaps I should be flattered to be the first to utilize your...invention, if you will?" It was Venus' turn to give his rhetoric question as he extended a gloved hand, gesturing for either a handshake or for Aurora to deliver one of the orbs with her for him to inspect. "Good opportunity, nonetheless. They appear suitable for decoration, at least, so unless they're fragile, perhaps they will suffice over the gold I require of you. I prefer greater variety of color, if anything. Of course I will assent to your request, and I trust I possess the capabilities you require to appraise it. Though I should inspect them beforehand instead of evaluating them at face value, of course. And to return to your....qualm of maintaining the health of our teammates, yes?" Venus continued, as he withdrew the staff and displayed it to Aurora, informed beforehand in Rio of its healing capabilities. Decorating it from its dull exterior took precedent, however. "Perhaps with this in my repertoire you'll no longer be alone in your....clerical dedication? Use what you have, as they say, so I see we are committed for...a mutual cause, perhaps. I require a size that befits the end of the handle, but I trust you're plenty capable of it."

Aurora took one of the anchors in her hand, concentrated for not even a full second, and opened her palm for the artist to inspect, before dumping the bauble into his awaiting hand. Now rather than glowing a mere golden-white hue, the trinket cycled through all the colors of the visible light spectrum, and then about every shade in between those colors, all in a pattern that in total took about 5 or so minutes to complete from the lightest shade of red to the deepest shade of violet.

"Color is child's play for a goddess of light," She responded to the artist, "and good, at least some flesh bags around here are acknowledging this growing problem, and actually getting off their behinds to fix it... if only a few more would follow suit. Then again, it's obvious they won't, given I had to make these blasted things to begin with. Moving on- how to use it...Listen closely, I will not repeat myself"

The goddess snapped her fingers, and nigh instantly, a brilliant display of lights blossomed on the stone floor in front of the duo, quickly arranging itself into a diagram bearing heavy resemblance to some sort of wheel, though the usual components such as the outer edge and he spokes were replaced with more... abstract designs; images of miniature conflagrations that danced in place, rivers of flowing water, shifting dunes of sand, wind swept plains... skeletons that walked as if they were alive, and grazing animals in some primordial field. As Venus watched, these images would've converged around the center most point of the wheel, and many more- too many to describe here, would file in after them, taking up positions near what would be the spokes and outer edges.

"The world you see around you" She began "Is not the be all and end all and be all of reality. There are infact several different "Planes", which are all loosely connected to one another, and together make up all things in existence. As this diagram here portrays, imagine these planes, if you will, as all being a part of a great, potentially infinite wheel-" She pointed towards the center, where the elemental images had converged "Right there, in the center of the wheel, are the parts which make up the "Inner Planes". Each inner plane consists of raw elemental forces and matter, such as Fire, Water, Earth, and Air, and has their own subplanes, directly related to them. But the primary elements are not the only ones which comprise these realms- there is also the Negative Plane and Positive Plane, the latter of which is most relevant to our purposes.

It is from the Positive Plane where the energy which makes all life possible in the first place originates, and the energy produced by this plane, through various processes I've neither the time nor the investment to explain, merge together with the primary elements in order to create flesh and blood entities such as yourself. The heat you give off represents fire, the blood in your veins water, the minerals and calcium in your bones earth, the breath you take in and exhale air... and the force which animates and binds all these things together into the coherent shape that is your body, is Positive Energy. When you, or any fleshie thing, is injured, you can be healed at a far more rapid pace than naturally possible by channeling more energy from the Positive Plane into this one, and Syphoning it directly into your body... with appropriate moderation.

And that brings us to these Trinkets. In worlds such as this one, and my own, mages, clerics, etc. draw upon the energies in these Inner Planes, and diffused into the environments of the Material Planes they inhabit. This manipulation of energy from unseen sources is called "Evocation". What I have, therefore, done to create these baubles, is create an inbuilt Evocation spell inside each one of them, an enchantment, as you would likely know it, that when triggered will cause an automatic channeling of energy from Positive Plane, through this Bauble and it's evoker, and into whoever they mean to target. This methodology makes it so that even an absolute idiot can in theory activate the effect and channel energy from the Positive Plane- with these baubles, it is not a question of whether or not the spell succeeds at all, but rather how well it succeeds.

And that depends entirely on the abilities of the user. Someone with ample inherent magic just waiting to be tapped, like say.... a Sorcerer, would be able to easily channel quite a bit of energy into their target with a single casting. Someone who is less inclined, or lacks natural magic altogether, but has spent their whole life learning it, such as a wizard, would not be able to draw as much raw energy as a Sorcerer would, but their understanding of the Arcane and everything related would let them weave a far more versatile spell than a Sorcerer who relies on pure talent alone, and instead of merely closing wounds, they could also manage to heal some illnesses and other ailments as well.

Now of course, it would be the most beneficial if one had both inherent raw power, and an understanding of power when using these... but regardless, their activation is simple: utter the following words with conviction and intent, and focus your mind on your target"

Death is forbidden.

Spicy HG look at Solomon for a second.

"Anything is going to be better than what I was fed in the last world, it was some sort of compressed ration bar made of ground up I-only-know-what."

She carefully sat down in the throne made for her with grace and menace, like someone perfectly willing to smite anyone who got in her way.

After watching Solomon half remove the book from his coat and then return it there she spoke with one raised eyebrow.

"Last time someone tried that it ended in a dystopian future where some random Biff owned half of everything and it took like a week and a half for the powers that be to sort it out.  Lets just go to the mess-hall."

She then gestured to a doorway that looked like it lead directly towards the barracks and mess-hall from this part of the castle, skipping the courtyard entirely.

Bridgett looked at the throne of books "Err...I'll just walk if that's okay. I don't need Mr. Scrya getting mad at me for abusing books." She said as she started walking towards the door Spicy HG indicated "Besides when the next fight starts i'm going to be flying around the area anyway."

Solomon raised an eyebrow in response to HG's statement, and he glanced "Funnily enough that little book had absolutely nothing to do with the Back to the Future series...or at least I think so anyway. Magic is really not an exact science since you know...it wouldn't be magic otherwise.". He would then direct the two remaining throne towards the door that HG had indicated earlier. And before the three of them entered the doorway that led to the barracks. Solomon would take a few moments to say "Also don't worry, I honestly don't think that any of the books here come anywhere important".

  • 5 months later...

Suddenly, in a cloud of cards, a Table with someone sitting at it appears in the war room, the man flips the table over, sending the chips and cards flying.

"Damn it Damn it Damn it!"

Pulling out his revolver, he starts firing on the table that he just flipped repeatedly.

It just keeps clicking, without shooting anything, until suddenly it works, peppering the table with 6 bullets at once.

"Piss!"

He shouts one last time, before sighing.

He looks around.

"Where the hell am I?"

Isobel Low

...and Isobel reached the part of the building that houses the War Room, dimension-traveling beauty in tow. Bypassing the War Room itself, however, Isobel headed into the library nearby within the castle. It wasn't a very big library (though this did draw a quiet remark of "Cozy," from Isobel), and when Isobel glanced across the shelves she noted that the place wasn't exactly using the Sol Standard Organization System for its books, that was for sure. ...of course, though, Isobel wasn't really here for the books, and she soon turned back towards her current companion.

"Well, Marisa, here we are!" Isobel stretched as she turned around, obviously to emphasize a feature or two, and then she moved towards a small table near the corner of the library. "Want to take a seat?" If Marisa did, Isobel did too, but either way that didn't change Isobel's next lines, which were spoken with a sense of sweet relief. "Eheh, I hope you don't mind my bluntness but it does feel very liberating to be in relative privacy. I don't always feel comfortable being too gay in a crowd, you know~?" Isobel was really putting her cards on the table here, but after her reaction to the bindings remark there was no point in hiding it.

Perlita Diaz

Perlita had found herself pacing the grounds of the Asterlux fort, ostensibly in order so that she could get a better understanding of the place that she was in between the fights... but in the end, she really didn't get much in the way of familiarization done at all. She was just too lost in thought. This wasn't the first world that she'd been fighting on -- she, Gabriel, those cops, and the others had been to a couple other ones before, after all. But this one was far and away the most horrible that she'd been to. All the people being pointlessly killed, and all of the destruction... it made her sick. She knew she couldn't stop, because what she was doing was undoubtedly the right thing to do, but it made her sick.

Lost in thought or no, though, when she aimlessly wandered on into the War Room, she did notice the presence of someone even newer than she was, a man with a fedora, pinstripe suit, and apparently a chaotic motley of cards, chips, and shot-up card table surrounding him. This was enough to give her pause for a while, but she did end up finding her voice: "...um... I assume that you just arrived here? If I'm right about that, uhhhh, I bet that you're pretty confused." Nice one, Perlita. Making the real deep conclusions here.

"Yeah.  I am pretty confused, I lost a bet, and next thing I know, I'm in some fancy room."

"Care to elucidate, M'am?"  The man says, tipping his hat respectfully while pocketing his rather large gun.

He takes in the room and eventually makes his eyes wander over to the person over him, looking up and down to see just what he's looking at.

"Everyone dress funny here? It don't seem that cold by my estimate."  He says, done with his assessment.

Marisa giggled a bit; it was her turn to blush a bit. Being too gay in a crowd, she wasn't quite used to it being referred to quite that specifically. She'd taken a seat at Isobel's offer, immediately assuming a relaxed lounging position (that, while not flagrantly showcasing anything, seemed to do so as if by accident); it seemed that the curator of this library spent a fair amount of time here, or simply wanted to keep up the appearance of having fairly nice furnishings for it. "Yeah, I get what you mean, heh. People get weird." She wondered just how far the other woman wanted to take things here. She wasn't really sure herself, but apparently she'd been willing to go and find a private space where presumably nobody would be bothering them for a while.

Perlita began answering his original questions during the gap between his asking them and his commenting on her appearance. "Oh, well. I have to start from the beginning, don't I? Well... uh, gosh, there's really no way to put this but bluntly, I'm sorry, but you're not in your own world anymore. Um... you might not believe me on this, but if you come outside then you'll see that--" And that's when the man suddenly said his little comment about her clothing. Perlita, frankly, looked rather like she'd been slapped -- she hadn't been expecting that kind of reaction at all.

Accordingly, her face changed shades a couple of times -- red as she was embarrassed by the sudden insult, then back to her normal shade, and then red again as she actually began to get rather angry, though she had the approximate grace and composure in her conveyance of this as did a group of teenagers fighting a Mara. "Wh-- why would you-- come on... why does everyone make fun of my clothing?!" (Perlita knew exactly why everyone made fun of her clothing, and she was none too happy about it herself, but she hadn't really had a choice the morning before she was suddenly transported...) She clenched her fists to her sides, her face staying red in her bout of choked-up, embarrassed outrage, and she took a few moments to glare at the man before putting her hands to her face and taking in a deep breath.

She exhaled it and started to speak again, though her annoyance was rather clear in her voice. "As I was saying, you aren't in your world anymore, if you come outside you'll see we're in a castle, and you'll see some of the people around here, who are magic." Perlita paused, with a little huff because she was still mad, and then continued. "You're here because a bunch of people from, uh, a bunch of different worlds have been brought here to fight things that want to kill everything. I guess that includes you. Come on." Perlita gestured the man towards the Courtyard, not actually looking back to see if he was following.

Isobel had the lopsided, rueful grin that one often has when talking about a somewhat unpleasant subject but also finding someone who could empathize with it. "Eheh... yeah. So I can breathe easier in here." Isobel's expression turned pensive for a moment (albeit not before Isobel somewhat blatantly took a look at the ways that Marisa's position accentuated some of the nicer bits of her form), and then her grin became a bit more of a sheepish one. She also curled a lock of her hair around one finger nervously -- Isobel was pretty experienced with relationships and usually even flirting, but circumstances had kind of had her rush into it faster than she usually did, so she had to be a bit blunter than she'd perhaps have liked to be.

"Um... hehe, I admit that I didn't exactly think up smooth things to say past the point I needed to to make sure you were into women too... but basically from the moment I saw you on the battlefield I really wanted to get a chance to talk to you. You're, well, really pretty," actually, Isobel was thinking of a couple words more intense than pretty, but she didn't want to creep her conversational partner out, "and now I know you're pretty clever, too, so I decided that I wanted to try and get to know you a bit. Sooo, as part of that, I guess I'll tell you a bit about myself.

Like I said earlier, my name is Isobel Low, and basically I'm a botanist. I really like plants and fruit and wine and all that, and I got to work with them back on my world. Eheh, almost wish I had some of my stuff with me when I got here, in fact. A bottle of wine or a pot of tea does usually make this part a lot cozier, and I can make both pretty well, I'll have you know. So, how about you? What do you do?"
