Expand As far as I know, The orphans can be found in following places:2 orphans in Route 3 (requires surf), Wispy Path (requires cut), Purity Grove, Goldenwood Cave (requires surf), Gearen Sewers, Amethyst Cave (requires surf), Akora Shore (requires surf) and Route 4.
