J-Awesome_One Posted July 4, 2017 Author Share Posted July 4, 2017 A Whole Lot Of Thoughts This one might be a bit longer than the other ones I've done so far. Let me just say that I think Route 1 and Goldenwood Forest look alright but what I really noticed is that Goldenwood Cave is WAY different and I think it's better than the original. And now we bring ourselves to Melia. I have to say I like her more here than what I can remember from the earlier days of when I first played this. She seems way more brave. She also seems to take her work more seriously but she also likes to relax. And the cut scenes with her are awesome in my opinion. I know if they weren't in there at all, it wouldn't have changed anything but I just liked seeing my character (who's name is Mathina btw for everyone that wanna know) interact with her and have a good day. Now her Pokemon. Before, I think it was just a bunch of shinies but now we know that she is supposed to be a Normal Type Gym Leader. And I like her team. Bunnelby, Stufful, Togepi and Eevee. Buuuut... Well if she's gonna be a Normal Type Gym Leader, does this mean that she's gonna have a Togepi and Eevee forever? Maybe I'm reading too much into it but that really stuck out in my mind. SHADOW POKEMON! They are back! Really quick note. I think it's weird that the Snag Machine is just right in the suitcase but ohh well. It looks bad ass. I like how if you capture a Shadow Pokemon from a Team Xen grunt, they're whining about how they raised it from an egg or how much they loved it. I love being mean to them. xD Now Zetta, (at least I think that's his name? I know it starts with a Z. I was honestly having too much fun reading his stuff too look at his name.) he seems somewhat like if... If they were to combine Fern and Cain from Reborn. He's a jackass but he's a sassy jackass. And I like him. Even though he's evil. The Dimensional Rift has made it's return and I think it's gotten even more stranger. Yay! Still not too sure what's with saving the Magikarp while we got sucked in but... Ok. The battle with the... Mutated Gyarados? was alright. Wasn't expecting Fire Fang. Then we escape with Togepi's Alpha Metronome Teleport. I really wanna know more about what exactly that is. And then we learn more about Jenner. He was only watching her til she grew up but he now has fatherly feelings for her. So sad. Yea. He's still a douchebag to me. Btw, who the hell is the chick with the Gothitelle?! At least... I think it's the same girl? Idk. Out of nowhere! Gothitelle. So confused. But now Jenner is somewhere that isn't his lab. But yea. That's my experience of that on this so far. My next update should be everything leading up to the Gym Battle with Venam. Really quick. Would you all want at least a step by step of all the Gym Battles in this Cute Mono Run? I'm cool with doing it. I know just reading this and then the team might not be the most exciting. So I can at least do that if you want. Sure it was simple but it suited her. There were poison mini woods in the rooms. The way her new gym looks now? Well... I feel like I'm in a candy shop. And the gas tubes to turn into a different color? I mean that Gym Puzzle wasn't heard. It really only took me about five minutes to figure them all out before getting to Venam. But that gym just doesn't suit her. The stage for the battle though. It should have looked like that throughout the whole gym. Now the battle with her. It was ok. Maybe I just got really lucky... Or maybe my Pokemon were over leveled because I couldn't help but battle all the trainers that were able to be battled again. o.o I think her team now fits her more now than her previous team. They just seem to fit her personality more. Especially the Alola Grimer. I could see those two rock and rolling all night long. But now I have in my possession the PoisonHeart Badge. Idk if it was called that before or if it was the same, but either way, I love the sound of that badge. Afterwards, she questions me if I care about her or if I was just caught up in the situation and that her answer will be revealed if we come with her to Amethyst Cave. I can understand why she'd be worried about that. Those two are really close friends. After that, I go to leave and there's a dude talking about going back in time and... Honestly, I didn't care what he had to say. I just skimmed through what he had to say and did the stuff so I wouldn't have to talk to him any longer. So there we have it. First badge obtained and now we have to prove our friendship to Melia to Venam by helping her and other people find Melia.
