Lance sprite in pokemon fire red

How do you change red's sprite in pokemon fire red to lance's sprite perfectly even for all the walking, cycling and battle sprites?? If anyone knows how, please do as stated or let me know how. I would appreciate if anyone could just send the pokemon fire red gamefile edited with lance's sprite. Just post it in this thread if possible or PM me.
