Decided before I took on X-League, I'd get some advice/opinions on what my team will/could be. This of course, once I beat Amy/ever beat Amy. So with that said, here goes. (I'll add the seventh soon).

620.gif @ Life Orb

Trait: Regenerator

EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd

Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)

- Fake Out

- U-turn

- Hi Jump Kick

- Rock Slide

Chang will probably always be my lead, this of course, assuming I know singles are coming. Rock Slide will help in Triples/Doubles. U-Turn to scout, Fake Out for priority and help in triples. HJK for STAB.

254.gif @ Focus Sash

Trait: Unburden

EVs: 252 Atk / 164 Spd/ 92 Hp

Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)

- Leaf Blade

- ThunderPunch

- Swords Dance

- Outrage

Most people who've watched my league battles know that Septus isn't a push over by any means. I tweaked his moveset, replacing Seed Bomb with Leaf Blade, and Hone claws with Swords Dance. Thunderpunch and Outrage for coverage.

373.gif @ Choice Scarf

Trait: Moxie

EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SAtk / 252 Spd

Hasty Nature (+Spd, -Def)

- Flamethrower

- Dragon Claw

- Rock Slide

- Shadow Claw

Chomps will be replacing Chunkybum the Dragonite, mainly because I like Salamence more. Anyway; Fairly standard, Rock Slide for Triples/Doubles Support, Flamethrower to take care of Steel types that think the can wall him, and Shadow Claw for coverage.

1372.gif@ Eviolite

Trait: Trace

EVs: 252 HP / 128 Def / 128 SDef

Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)

- Thunder Wave

- Thunderbolt

- Ice Beam

- Recover

A.I. the annoying wall returns for X-League! This time, with T-Wave support! However, it's fairly standard, so nothing to elaborate on.

150.gif@ Life Orb

Trait: Pressure

EVs: 252 SAtk / 252 Spd/ 4 Hp

Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)

- Ice Beam

- Psystrike

- Flamethrower

- Thunderbolt

Orion here will be my Uber. He has more bulk than Dumbledore did, and as such will almost always be ready to kick some ass and take some hits if need be. Psystrike for STAB destruction! Flamethrower for Steel types, grass, etc. Ice Beam for Dragons/anything weak. T-bolt for even more coverage. Basically, this guy will love X-League.

637.gif @ Lum Berry

Trait: Flame Body

EVs: 128 HP / 40 Def / 112 SAtk / 228 Spd

Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)

- Bug Buzz

- Quiver Dance

- Heat Wave

- Hidden Power [Rock]

Having used ol Buzzkill on my main team plenty, I decided I was familiar enough with him to try him out in league. So, here's Buzzkill the Volcarona. Other than Heat Wave, which is for Triples/Doubles. The set is standard.

448.gif @ Life Orb

Trait: Steadfast

EVs: 128 Atk / 128 SAtk / 252 Spd

Hasty Nature (+Spd, -Def)

- ExtremeSpeed

- Aura Sphere

- Flash Cannon

- Crunch

I needed something for my annoying Ice weakness. So, I went with Rex. He's mixed so he can take on any situation he needs to. Extremespeed for priority, Aura Sphere for STAB and a never miss move. Flash Cannon for STAB, and Crunch for Psychic types like Reuniclus.

No Umbreon?

And you forgot those last 4 EVs on Mewtwo ;)

And last remaining EVs on Sceptile

I always forget something >>. Anyway, nope, Umbreon wouldn't cut it in X-League with all those big threats like Terrakion or Virizion roaming about.

Bulky Volcarona isn't as good as it seems. I've used it, I find Offensive to be better, but it's your team.

Other than that, I really see... nothing wrong.

You'd be surprised how helpful those defensive Evs help. Sure, he won't survive a Stone Edge or Rock Slide. But other than that, he takes most things well enough to get one QD up. Which really, is all he needs.

You have a lot of relatively high base speeds, so try not to get eaten alive by Trick Room.

...Then again, I did too, so with a little (or a lot) of creativity you should be okay.

Looks solid though, considering you're almost done with the normal league with a similar team, and not many of the leaders change TOO much in X-League; granted, I speak from season one experience, and we have different leaders for the most part...

Still, point remains- not bad :P
