The event is sheridan village.A girl is worried about her friend who is in amethyst cave.Find her friend and return home.His ditto will run away.Find the ditto in 5 or 6 places and finally catch it in terajuma shore. I only wanted to know if it was possible to get a female eevee in the kimono girl quest. I have battled them several times but I am still getting a male eevee. Sorry,I assumed you wanted a female eevee for breeding.So,I recommended ditto because then the gender of the eevee wouldn't matter to breed with ditto. I did not know that that was possible... I did wanted a female eevee for breeding since I already have one as starter Pokémon, which was a male one.
