I read that one can get Archen already in Spinel Town, via an event with the museum where one has to beat 2 Meteor grunts. Later those two are standing in Tanzan Mountain (?) and you can battle them again or something like that. I have never triggered this event myself and no clue how to. Help plz?

 

EDIT: Found the answer myself already.
