Helping The Girl Confess

So there's a girl in front of Florina's gym after the acquisition of Fly and the restoration of the city, she wants me to go talk to her crush for her, but talking to the girl in the only room of the third floor of the academy/gym does nothing.  Am I missing something?

If you had gone to the 3rd floor right after you got the Sweet Heart from the girl, the 'crush' would be in the computer room along with the girl talking about Fields and a Field read-out. However, the 'crush' would not accept the Sweet Heart and it would remain in your Bag to be used for the Spyce quest.

So, if you've already completed the Spyce quest (thus using up the Sweet Heart), the 'crush' will not appear on the 3rd floor.
(at least, that's what the information I found on the forums suggests)

See, there's no 'crush' next to the girl talking about fields.  She's the only one in the room.

So, I take it you haven't done the Spyce quest yet?

Well, in any case, it's not like finding the crush matters. You'd (apparently) only get treated to some funny dialogue.

Where is the third floor anyways? I've looked around the academy for a while, but I don't see a way to a third floor anywhere.

To open the third floor you need to talk to the kid next to a plant from the right side, which causes him to knock the plant over. After the plant falls, someone comes out of a locked door nearby and that's how you get in.
