It's time for the fifth theme tour, and this time the theme will be a bit more limiting!Rules: TMs from all generations aren't allowed. TM moves themselves are still allowed, but only Pokemon that don't require TMs nor TM breeding (Gen 5 and earlier) to learn them can use them. (for example, Stealth Rock Nidoqueen is illegal, but Stealth Rock Steelix isn't) If the TM is brought back in a later generation as a tutor move, it is banned as well. (ie. Stealth Rock being a tutor move in Gen 6 and Dragon Pulse being a tutor move in Gen 5 and 6) HM moves aren't forbidden. However, you cannot learn them through their TM versions in Gen 7. (ie.
