Scyther, Skarmory, Magikarp/Gastly (those two were in a previous episode but were removed temporarily due to being powerful), Ferroseed, Fletchling, Honedge and the Pseudos (as well as the Legendaries and Mythics), aren't supposed to be obtainable yet and are not "legit" pokemon for Reborn. They are going to be implemented (for sure) later. You can get them, by ways and means, though, just keep in mind this could change your experience with the game. Why not wait for them to be added in a next episode (which is also coming out relatively soon)? Most probably, they are going to have a specially designed event or something... You can almost complete the pokedex, it still needs quite some time of long, painful work, you already have a ton of things to work out in there.

ok.. but other pokemons in the list are available in episode 15 which I didn't catched. 

(I renovate reborn first, its hard now to find other pokemon)
