1 Alistair Posted October 5, 2017 Share Posted October 5, 2017 iirc you have to talk to one of your Aqua/Magma buddies down there first, then to the merchant in the bottom left corner, then to another Aqua/Magma guy who tells you they saw Benett entering the watering hole (the small building with a healing machine).
