TRADED EXP SHARE AWAY

Hello,

 

So i am doing another run through pokemon reborn (because its the best pokemon game ever) and i power leveled the bidoof with my exp share but forgot to take it off before trading. Now i found another forum in wich someone could insert a new one into the save file and was really hoping someone could do that for me aswell (personally have no clue how to go about it).

how does one simply have extras without going into previous saves to get them
