I don't think there's anything else to do there for now. If we get Rock Climb in the next episode, we'll be able to explore new areas including the north-eastern part of Route 4. We might hear of the twins then.

You mean Charlotte and her sisters? Eve/Lumi? Either way, those are mostly cleared I think. I was referring to Noel and Anna
