Am i missing some pokemon that available only before ep 16?

I started playing just recently ... am i missing some pokemon that limited edition only for the episode before 16 ? and how can i get it ?

 

i know some mons like magby that supposed to apear at rain under the bridge but for earlier episode only .. but how can i get it back ? need  to download the earlier or there is a way ?

Magby can be obtainable later in game. I won't reveal when and how for now.

I don't know of a Pokémon that will be axed. That is very unlikely since we are getting near the elite four
