I need this Pokemon for an important side quest in E17...

Apparently, there's a quest which requires you to return the Pokemon you rescued from 7th street to their owners. I traded away the Roggenrola. I also traded away Loudred, but I can always breed another one. However, I really need a Roggenrola (I don't think it's necessarily THE Roggenrola, but just A Roggenrola). If anyone can do that for me, I'll give you this:
