The TV says that you have to Headbutt a tree somewhere in the desert, but I haven't been able to find it. I've checked the Oasis/Mirage Tower, the Garchomp sand pyramid, Techtite Ridge, and the Train Town. I thought that it might be in the tree at the end of Titania's gym, but I got ~12 headbutts with nothing coming out.
Edit: Nevermind, it's in Titania's Gym, just has a realllly low encounter rate on headbutting trees.
