Where is grubbin?

So looking in the pokedex i can see that grubbin can be found in peridot ward but i cant seem to find it where is it?

I dont see any grass there?

try a grass below to the pokemon center but a bit to the right there should be  a brown haired guy next to a bunch of trees

I found it in Mr. Seacrest's garden which is north of the Name Rater (who is west of the Peridot Pokemon Center.)
