[E17] Looking for a TM

So i heard Roost became available as of E17, and since i'm doing a Flying mono that TM would be pretty useful to me

While looking around here i discovered that is somewhere near the scrapyard but i haven't been able to find it, so if anyone is able to tell me the exact location i'd appreciate it

roost i near the train puzzle but to the left of it near the wall that indicates the limit of the area

is a path that goes down around a giant boulder

Starting from the settlement in the scrapyard: go down until you find the southern exit (it will be locked until you beat Titania), when you exit to the scrapyard you will only be able to go to the righ, but then you can either go up and enter into another train (wich I think will lead you to Titania's gym again) or go down. If you go down you'll soon find a train track, which you have to follow to the left and you'll see a train engine blocking the way to a tm.

I think I made it sound more complicated than it actually is, but I hope it's clear enough.
