E17 Rare sidequest mon trade

Hey, first time on the online part of the site. I recently caught a shiny Type:Null. I was wondering if anyone would want to trade me a Dratini for it?

 

Additionally, while I'm on the topic, It says in the obtainable list that dratini not the entire line is available to catch in the game so far, but the pokedex claims that Dratini can be caught somewhere in Ametrine Mt.... Just looking for a confirmation on this if someone could help me out.

Dratini is indeed a wild encounter on Ametrine Mountain, though you can only reach the area where he's located with Rock Climb, which is unavaiable (to use) until E18.
