E17 Jigglypuff

I don't think i have it anymore, don't know why. Is there any way i can obtain it newly in game event or the only way is with a trade??

Well, as far as I know the only one you get is from the quest, but even if it isn't, you need the one from the 7th street. (Unless you started in E17 I think)

 

I can trade you one if you want, just PM me.

 

Edit: I looked it up. The game checks for the species and OT.
