Aurora Veil E17

I would really love the Aurora Veil TM but I'm not sure it is possible since it is now given by a gym leader I have already beaten.
Is anyone able to add it to my 2 game files? I would greatly appreciate it.
Or if there is another way to acquire it let me know

Ah okay, if it can be got anywhere other than defeating Serra I couldn't find it yet, but this file is one I had before Serra gave you Aurora Veil and she was already beaten and I checked the E18 Item list.

It’s on Route 4 IIRC.
