Catching gible

I found gible but its running away all the time how to catch it , has anyone done it? I only managed to make him headbutt a rock but still couldn't interact with it.

It was a bit complicated for me too, but what you need to do is put pokesnax in one of the containers, and then go back around, then fall in the hole right by that container. This will startle the Gible so it will battle you and you can catch it. (btw it is level 30, so don't hit it with anything too strong).

You don't even need to fill all the basins, one suffices. The annoying part is that it is trial and error, since it seems like it moves when you go back up a level or sometimes it doesn't spawn outright and you need to enter the lower level and then go back up a level.

This, plus save right before jumping, so it's trial and error, but make sure to put pokesnax on basins xD

I just threw a pokesnax in the circle thing, exited the area, went back, dropped down a hole, it was there and immediate battle start, maybe try exiting the entire area?

Well, I filled all basins with Snax and it seems Gible already visited each one: "Stray crumbs rest in the stone basin". Now I can't refill it or anything. Leaving and reentering won't help. And no idea what that arceus switch did on the upper level, but can't press it again.

Any idea to reset that?

i left and reentered the whole area, like the very beginning where the hole is, so i had to beat those garchomp statues again, you try that?
