Does anyone know wherever/ or if its even possible - to obtain Alolan-Raichu?

 

Aloaln-Raichu evolves from ordinary pikachu in the Alola-region in the base games, so i was thinking maybe there is a spot that makes it evolve into Alolan-Raichu?

I used a Thunderstone on pikachu in Apophyl. Became Alolan Raichu
