SolTheHoeQween
So I just finished E17 and as good as it was, it was surprisingly short, I wonder if the public release will be longer or E18 will be released soon after?

CrossImpact
Ame said early in development that it wouldn't have too much of a story progress. ^^ When I think back how long making the desert took all by itself (which already advanced much quicker thanks to Jasper and Kanaya taking off a lot of mapping duties from Ame's shoulders halfway through, iirc)... ahah. The focus was surely on the new places. And tbh, the desert is hell of a place, and I haven't even done more than Sugiline Cave + main story, since I'll wait for public release for a complete exploration. And look how much work went into the different places within the Episode. I was quite amazed by Sugiline, Amaria's Gym and the Scrapyard. The former two felt a lot like classic Pokemon main series dungeons / areas for exploration, partially more complex even. For quite some time you couldn't really be sure what goes where etc. And I loved it! It must have been an incredible workload, not too different from E16, given the time it took and the small development staff. Props to all of them ~ Of course that also means that both E18 and E19 can be 'expected' to be packed with story action (... well that's rather more what I expect tbh), and there are still quite some places to discover especially in the North East of the region and w/ Rock Climb in general. I'm sure there's still a lot in stock.
