E17 on the hunt-Baton Rouge Quest

Hello everyone.I am lannymagnet and i quit the game on ep 15 due to a pc crash and started a new save file on ep 17.

Now wanting to know all the steps to get magikarp( i know it is available now)

u can vageuly give the locations but i need the order.

Hope someone can help

.P.s-i started the quest in the grand hall and in the last hall in top of the first ward..then where to i dont know :'(

you will continue the quest as you progress in the game. giving you  lead you will get the next place to go by a guy in the obsidia slums area

the next is after you join a gang and overcome the opposite gang. you talk to a team magma member near the magma hideout and then talk to a aqua gang member in lapis ward

he will tell you to go to 7th street (which you will unlock after psychic gym). in 7th street a guy will sell it to you and then a guy will steal it from you. and then you have to rebuild reborn and you have to talk to the police and they will tell you about him and tell you to find him.

you can find his fakes in near tourmaline desert gate.in an island near coral ward.then somewhere I don't remember and then in fairy gym hidden.the real one is one near tourmaline desert. he will escape then go to police.

Quick question who's/where's the guy that sells it to you at 7th street? I kinda did this out of order and I already fixed the city already before buying it from this person.
