He knows this area like the back of his hand, meaning he'll probably come back after laying low for a while. Considering the direction he took... There might still be chance to find him. Of course, the most suited to the job is you. Just make sure to drag him back here so we can lock the lout up! Did I miss something? Is he somwhere else now after beating him in train town? 0 PESH1 Posted December 25, 2017 Share Posted December 25, 2017 Reveal hidden contents In E16, you battle corin rogue(Decoy) multiple times until the real corin rogue flees the city for the desert. After this, the chief gives you consolation prize - safety goggles. In E17, you meet him after scrapyard puzzle and after you beat him, you get Magikarp. I am not sure what you are missing, if you have beaten him in Train Town, that means you have got magikarp and also did all the pre requisite steps needed to achieve this, check your bag if you already have a safety googles obtained from another event or something. Expand Oh, I misread that as the still inaccessable part of the desert, not the desert in general. Sorry about that. You should be able to enter the destert once you beat Adrein (the end of the Ep 16 storyline). You might have to talk to one of the desk people at the Grand Hall first, but you should just be able to interact with a panel in the train station and get your desert ticket. Technically, you don't even need the googles. Reveal hidden contents Corin-Rouge is found in the scrapyard city at night. Expand If he's not in the east side of the town (only at night), he's apparently on a dune somewhere right outside one of the scrapyard entrances. I never encountered him there, but if you look up other threads (just use the search bar) other people mentioned they encountered him there first.
