Looking for Tynamo Family

Hey. I've been looking for a tynamo or any of the family and I heard that they can only be found during thunderstorms but I don't know where to look or how often they appear or if it's an event or something. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Before the restoration of the city you can find tynamo in an event in the alley in low Peridot ward. It should always appear during thunderstorms until you catch or defeat it.

I don't know, I think I remember seeing on the TV during E16 something about eelektrik being found in Coral ward, so maybe try fishing there.
