Reborn Hidden Portals

Hi everyone! Merry Xmas, happy new year, happy easter and whatsoever.  

So I'm doing a third run in reborn and I just beat Luna. I noticed, at her back, the rocks are disposed as to make the typical X of Reborn hidden portals (just as the one hidden down the grand staircase and the ones that could be found in apophyll and citrine ecc. but I think were removed with ep. 16). I was wondering about what we know of these portals, what they will be used for, and if this of Luna is just a coincidence or we will indeed find many portals around the Reborn region. I believe with the last episodes we will be able to access the ancient city Reborn was built onto, and the portals will be entrances to key areas of these city, just as the underwater cities that were added with ep 16.

So guys, if you know something, anything, please write it down below (or if there already is a thread about this please link it to me I'm worth it tattattatadadada).

P.s.: anything I should ABSOLutely do before Agate? I already have the stickers I need at the dept. store.

Finish all the pre-restoration events that you haven't finished yet. After you go to Agate, you'll be locked out for a while.

I once started a thread about those doors. Personally, I think those are either related to WIP areas, legendary-related quests or key points for ancient Reborn.

Ok It appears I'm not able to quote you guys for some reasons. Anyway:

@Ainz Ooal Gown As it is my 3rd playthrough I know Agate Circus is a big pain in the Terrawr, though while in the previous runs I tried to access all the content, in this one my aim is to just experience story changes added with EP 17 (just like the hypnotized police officers in Corey's gym). So what I'm asking for is new events added with EP 17 and events you should do because very useful (like beldum event before EP 14, that would definitely make the game easier)

@HUEnd thanks for the info, now It would be interesting to gather other pics and maybe new content from this ep to try and discover something more

@Blontary actually, most of Gen 7 events only happens at post-restoration, like 2 of Gen 7 starters's events. But other than that, if you only want to enjoy the story, i guess there's nothing new for the pre-restoration events.
