When you find a vertical tunnel accessible only by Tauros and filled with signs, then you have arrived where you needed. Interact with the reactor and capture Beldum.)

Go to the apartment next to the North Peridot Alleyway and battle a police man and return the files in exchange for the Pink Pearl. Then talk to the girl with the Spoink in the Warehouse where Amaria's boat was stored and give her the Pink Pearl in exchange for a Crystal Ball. Go to the easternmost house in Jasper Ward and battle 2 thieves. Enter the house and talk to the medium and exchange the Crystal Ball for an 'R'-marked key. Go to the Blackstream Shelter and find Randall and give him the key. He will then give you Klefki.)

Enter it and find the paths to 2 separate to Arceus Statues and push their buttons. Find the path to the stairs opened by those buttons and find through waves of Stone Garchomps. Enter the next room and press the Arceus Statue's button. Afterwards go down the sand trap to the underground chamber and fill as many Stone Basins with Pokesnax. Go down the sand traps and then return to the room with the Arceus Statue and then go down the sand trap located above the last bowl filled. Repeat until you land right near to the Gible and fight and capture it.)

Magikarp -> Gyarados -> Mega Gyarados == 1R253 Scrapyard: Event Chain (Start in Opal Ward's Grand Hall by buying a Pokemon from a fisherman, afterwards having it stolen. Then go to the nearest house near the Tourmaline Desert gate in Peridot Ward and fight the fisherman and the thief. Find a punk in the Obsidia Slums. Find a Magma Gang member in North Obsidia Ward, then an Aqua Gang Member in Lapis Ward. Find a Pokemon vendor in 7th Street in the south eastern corner and talk to him before the Pokemon being stolen by Corin-Rouge. After returning to the city talk to the Jasper Ward Police Chief and use the clues he gives you to find the 3 "Corin-Rouges" and battle them. They will tell you to find the "real Corin-Rouge" in Adrienn's gym. However he is blocked by Adrienn xerself, so you can only talk to him after xer gym battle. He will tell you he is yet another imposter and tell you to find one of the 3 fake Corin-Rouges near the best escape route out of the city, so the one near the Tourmaline Desert gate. He will board a train heading to the desert and you will need to return to the police chief to report to him. After you get to the 1R253 Scrapyard you will battle Corin-Rouge for the final time. He will then give up and abandon Magikarp, which you will then get.)

Goomy -> Sliggoo -> Goodra == GUM Room: Event Chain (Choose to renovate the Slums and receive the GUM key from the representatives of the SOLACE Lobby. Go and unlock the GUM Door in the Water Treatment Center and solve the water pipe puzzle and receive Goomy.)

Honedge -> Doublade -> Aegislash == Mirage Tower: Event Chain (In the Tourmaline Desert you will come upon Mirages surrounding Healing Star Lights. Interact with them in multiples of 3 [ie 3, 6, 9... times] and the Mirage Tower will appear in the north eastern edge of the desert. Enter it and solve all the puzzles in the continuously twisting rooms and interact with the sword in the stone to get Honedge.)

Larvitar -> Pupitar -> Tyranitar -> Mega Tyranitar == Tanzan Mountain: Event chain (Enter the mountain through the cave accessible through Tanzan Cove. Rock Climb down to Tanzan Depths and use Earthquake twice. Rock Climb again. Use the Green Crystals to clear your path through each room [Not in the most orthodox way!]. Fight the Larvitar at the end of the cave and capture it.)

The second Dark Matter you can get is from the Subseven Sanctum in the room on the left in the labyrinth, accessible through the key found on Klefki. The third Dark Matter is available only by Rock Climbing in Luna's gym.)
