0 Dartu-san Posted January 5, 2018 Share Posted January 5, 2018 Adding to that I also once came across what I think is a bug (though I'm not sure) in which the fact that it was a windy day with rain didn't allow Lotad to show up. Just rain or even Tunderstorm with rain work fine from my experience though.
