Now that we got an awesome Type: 0 (thanks Ame!!) in E17 and ofcourse I made sure I got it shiny. I evolved it and wanted to breed it, but then found out it was unbreedable...

 

My extra goal in the game is to collect every evolution of every pokemon in game and put in on display in my PC. Now that I cant breed this one it would leave me with an open spot at the end... So my question: will it be possible to get another type: 0 in future episodes?

Idk look at it's evolution line pokemon status on bulbapedia maybe that could tell you a answer!
