0 HUEnd Posted January 11, 2018 Share Posted January 11, 2018 At this point, he is not able to go back to Reborn City, so I'd say the best place for that is battling the fighting types (Meditite, Medicham, Machoke and Hawlucha) located just outside Route 2.
