So, downvoting Mudkip is a wasted downvote? Keeping the favourites in check is the biggest factor if you have a certain preference and you want it to win. Wolfox (quite obviously) wants Popplio to win. So, Mudkip is an enemy. You miss the point completely. A downvote on favourites is never wasted. See how Bulbasaur was kept in check. And Cyndaquil too.
