Incinium Z

So I've been looking for this for some time and decided to search the forums for how to get Incinium Z. From what I gathered, it involves the Sweetheart quest that starts after talking to this girl here  

 

So she wants me to give this Sweetheart to someone on the 3rd floor and then tell her what they say. However, when I go to there and try to talk to the girl

 she just goes on about field effects.

 

I've also heard that it also involves talking to someone on the 2nd floor, but I've already talked to everyone and still can't progress. If that person was the one who broke the vase  then I already did that before even battling Florina. Is it possible I screwed up the event? Can I still get an Incinium Z?

So it seems you don't get it if you completed the quest in E16 (though I forgot what the prize was).  It seems everything about this mon (both itself and it's Z-move) is locked for people who did the quests in E16

The girl you're supposed to give the sweet heart to is supposed to be on that couch but there seems to be something that makes her not be there.

Oh. So do you know if there are certain prerequisites I have to meet or any other conditions involved? Or am I screwed until someone is able to fix this?

The thing is that there aren't any prerequisites. She should be there no matter what. Do you have any mods installed?

Is your game at community release? Because I'm pretty sure this was patched for the public release of E17.

@HUEnd Whoops. Completely forgot the community release was a thing. Downloading it now. I'll get back to you later.

@Drak I wasn't answering your question, actually.  I'm just posting here hoping for someone to confirm or deny if I was locked out of the quest.

Yea I seem to be completely locked out of it too, after doing what could be done back in E16. I have used the heart now for spyce, but I thoroughly checked all around the school while I still had it, and nothing happened. I can't remember if this was on community or public though, and there's currently no way to get a second heart to test =(

@DreamblitzX  If that's the case, I'm just going to try to load up a backup from when I just entered Neo-Reborn and go from there.  If I find a copy, would you like a Sweetheart?

 

Edit:  Well, I went back, but there doesn't seem to be a way to equip the Sweetheart to trade (though I guess I could hack-force it on).  Still have to hack it in either way, but I could try to get it to you this way.

 

Edit 2: Well, I can't figure that out.  I can directly insert a Sweet Heart into a save file
