Missed Department Store Stickers

Right so im in the part of the game where i've defeated Adrienne but i missed a sticker along the way. specifically the one about a guy stuck underground from where you enter devon. now since i missed it is there anyone who knows how i can get that particular sticker at this stage of the game. i would really appreciate the help

Legitimately, no you can't. Someone may edit your save file for it, though.

That's the same thing which happened with me b4 and Iirc, you can now get the sticker in Obsidia poke-center. That man will appear beside the nurse If I'm right once you provide adequate donation to restore the railnet and I think you have already recovered that so what are you waiting for?

Oh and note that I got the sticker pre-ep 17 in obsidia ward so you might not get that now but it's better to check than to rely on me.
