Can't get into 7th Street

Hey all,

 

So I just defeated amaria and wanted to go complete the 7th street side quest, but I can't get back into 7th street for some reason. Is there something else I have to do first or is this a bug? When I go into  the house with the elevator, the lady isn't there and the path is blocked. I attached a pic. Can anyone help? Thanks so much

Are you entering the right one?  The entrance you go in changes depending on which gang you join, with the unused one looking like the pic you posted.

Maybe you havent entered a gang? I dont really know much im forgetting lots of the plot of the game gonna try to rerun this game

You can't advance to Luna's gym without joining a gang to enter 7th street, so they had to at some point.

Ah ok

And btw thats the aqua gang entrance i think if you joined team magma then the entrance shouldnt be that big

Its been so long since I played this game I forgot where the other entrance was. I think I joined Magma gang in this one, I have a couple playthroughs so I'm not sure.  Can you tell me where the other entrance is?
