0 Armanz Posted January 23, 2018 Share Posted January 23, 2018 Spoiler I don't know the exact location of water memory but it's somewhere within the cave complex where you beat Pulse Avalugg. I explored most of that area and found the Water Memory somewhere there on a dead end. Make sure to pack them Watersurfdivefall and Strength.
