Oh that thing? That's Magearna. Essentially the ugly Gen VII remake of Diancie. Instead of Rock/Fairy, Magearna is Steel/Fairy.

And yes, Magearna is ugly and should never have existed.

 

Diancie is the Gen VI mythical pokemon representing diamonds and immaculate beauty.

Plus I love its backstory.

Mew, divine ancestor to all pokemon. Celebi, time traveling, eternal forest guardian.
