(spoilers) Fighting A Certain annoying pulse pokemon

I read the dex data on this pulse swalot and its speed is supposed to be abysmal, but it moves before every single one of my Pokemon , except my Blastoise
My Blastoise. Is it a field effect, where the slower Pokemon move first, or is something wrong with my game?

The Murkwater Surface field effect halves the speed of all non-water types pokemon except for the ones that have the ability swift swim. You can try to change the field using blizzard, as swalot can't change it back and it takes away its ability to recover hp.

Try using a Pokemon with Perish Song or Destiny Bond if you are stuck on Swalot.

The method I found without the forums and possibly was the first to mention it is using Soak which Seaking in the area can learn and usually know when ya catch them, it makes him take huge DoT while on the murkwater. @Jetasd
