Balm Mushroom?

Title ^, guide and some other forum posts say there's one in either Beryl / Jasper Forests, but can't seem to find it. Last thing I need for a sidequest =O Help plox! <3

It should be in Jasper Forest, but if you happened to already pick it up and sell it (it sells for 25000, quite juicy), you can farm it. Parasect has a chance to hold it. To maximize efficiency, put a pokemon with compoundeyes in the first slot, let it faint, then have a pokemon with frisk and ideally thief in the second slot. I used a stantler for that. Now keep encountering wild parasect until you frisk out a balm mushroom.
