Tfw what kind of balls would it take to turn around and apply for a higher position job in that same place and give them a list of changes you would make if you were given that position. Be sure to cite your extensive on job experience with the issues you aim to fix. You're already getting laid off- going for double broke is still 0. Although... if you use them as a reference for your next job, they could either put in a good word on your humor or give you a bad mark.
