Summer
AT A GLANCE Okay, so I've decided to stop messing around and finally make a decent team. I had a ton of ideas but I decided to go offensively. If you've not noticed yet my team has no actual form of walls, its intention is to finish the game in one fell sweep. I present to you, my league team. Leftovers Trait: Damp EVs: 44 HP / 216 Atk / 248 Def Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk) - Ice Punch - Waterfall - Stealth Rock - Earthquake Swampert is an excellent tank, not to mention my favourite lead. As a Water-Ground type, this badass can take up so many type of physcial hits and still not be fazed, especially electric type moves, which I'll come to in a minute. Choice Scarf Trait: Adaptability EVs: 252 SAtk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk) - Discharge - Dark Pulse - Tri Attack - Hidden Power [Fighting] Porygon-Z is one of my primarily booster on this team. He replaces my lack for bulk with immerse strength through an Adaptability-boosted Tri Attack or a good Discharge with that 30% Parahax. Discharge is also there in place of Thunderbolt for an extremely important reason, which I'll come to in a minute. Leftovers Trait: Motor Drive EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk) - Wild Charge - Brick Break - Ice Punch - Earthquake My main attacker of the entire team. With monsterous attack and a decent movepool to back him up, he makes for a great revenge sweeper - and it's not even intentional! I'll take this chance to mention Brick Break > Cross Chop cause Screens would really suck for my offensive team. Life Orb Trait: Technician EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spd Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk) - Swords Dance - Bullet Seed - Mach Punch - Spore At first, I didn't want Breloom. Alas, he was the only one I knew that resisted Dark and Grass Types, one of my main weaknesses. This set is extremely basic, but I'll explain anyway. Since Breloom needs to set up, Spore can be used to stall out the foe. Also Breloom is the only one in my team capable of setting up and sweeping. Focus Sash Trait: Levitate EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk) - Sludge Wave - Destiny Bond - Shadow Ball - Thunderbolt Gengar is my back-up plan, incase I meet another potential sweeper on the field. Its intention is simple, go down to pave the way for others. Destiny Bond works great in Triples/Doubles when you are unsure. Others for coverage. Choice Scarf Trait: Levitate EVs: 252 SAtk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk) - Dragon Pulse - Heat Wave - Dark Pulse - Focus Blast Watch out; badass coming through. Revenge killer Hydriegon is here. With Pseudo-Legend stats, this once-based-on-a-tank can really hit hard, like a tank. Sadly, it needs help with speed. Scarf may take care of that, at a cost of using only one move. BUT WHO CARES WHEN YOU'RE WREACKING STUFF TEAM SYNERGY The main lead of my triple battles. Poryon-Z leads with a Discharge, boosting Electivire and not harming Swampert due to its Ground Type. And since Porygon-Z is in the middle, it deals widespread damge as well. OR Basic Earthquake + Levitate combo. Not much to say here. Team: http://prntscr.com/n0xvl Looking for the exportable? Lrn2build End Note Offense is the best defense. This team looks amazing on paper, and better on field. (Although I didn't properly test it out) If you want to test this team, just find me on the server, PM me and if I'm cool, we could totally battle, Singles, Doubles even Triples. Vex
Nice team, but it looks like once your Gengar is dead Laura's Breloom would wreck you rather hard. Might I recommend this instead of your Hydreigon? Dragonite (M) @ Leftovers Trait: Multiscale EVs: 96 HP / 252 Atk / 160 Spd Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk) - Dragon Dance - Dragon Claw - Fire Punch - Rock Slide/Extreme Speed Dragonite might help out your team a lot more with the nice resistances, also Leftovers if just a filler. You can change it to Choice Band, Life Orb, Lum Berry or even Choice Scarf if need be. And of course the EV's can be changed. Good luck~
Ringabel
Really needs some slower pokemon. What with Noel's trick room team.So some stalling or entry thing are needed.
The Fush
Well, it's hard to say it's better on field if you haven't battled with it. Oh, and Rotom, EVs and Items are changeable throughout the league, as well as natures. Noel's Trick Room is a force to be reckoned with, but it's not really the main problem here. Stalling/Entry Hazards would be nice, though. If you're thinking of hazards, Stealth Rock is the only one that's all that effective in League, due to triple battles and monotypes. Also, I like the ideas of Synergy here. Just beware that sigmund will RUIN your front line combo. Oh, and is HP Fighting on Porygon-Z there for a specific reason? If it's for coverage, Ice Beam would be better, considering how the boltbeam combo is resisted by few.

Dragonite (M) @ Leftovers Trait: Multiscale EVs: 96 HP / 252 Atk / 160 Spd Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk) - Dragon Dance - Dragon Claw To be compeletely honest; Dragonite was my first choice. But I badly needed the Dark resistance and there were too much Physical attackers in the first place. Swampert can easily take care of Noel. (I guess) As for the test, I tried it out with a coule of friends and it works fine. My meaning of improper test is I didnt test it at League itself. - Fire Punch - Rock Slide/Extreme Speed Dragonite might help out your team a lot more with the nice resistances, also Leftovers if just a filler. Shanco
I'm going to agree on the front of Trick Room and say switch out Porygon-Z in favor of Porygon2. Outside of Swampert and Hydreigon a bit, your team has bulk issues in addition to problems with Trick Room. Porygon2 alleviates both of those issues. I suggest Tri Attack/Discharge/Recover/something else (Toxic maybe?). Discharge would be an awesome move over Thunderbolt as you'll need some spread, and all of its would-be teammates baring Gengar either resist or are immune to Electric. Hell, Electivire gets a Speed boost so...Oppan Sigmund Style!
Summer
I will definitely consider Porygon2 but I don't like the idea of replacing one of my favourites D: I'm not too worried about TR, as my team should be able to make off with some decent HP before TR sets up. Sigmund, on the other hand, could be a problem...
Summer
Alrighty, replaced PZ with P2 Porygon-2 Evolite -Recover -Discharge -Tri Attack -Ice Beam I had a couple of battles, and my team was doing fine. I guess it's okay to league now. Anymore suggestions?
Conor
btw, sigmund shouldn't be able to do anything to you, you have electvire, breloom, and swampert. that's two immunities and a resist.
Unknown Guy
Focus Sash And Destiny Bond I Dont Think It Would Be usefull Try Any Other Attack By The Way Good Team. Rate= 8/
Summer
Aw thanks UG! Conor, I battled Sigmund and his discharge really hurt the team despite immunity and resistance.
