If you're a noob, under level 30, have never played before, or otherwise don't own Garen, Annie, Ryze, Master Yi, Ashe, or Assassin Master Yi, you qualify! Also included is a 7-day XP boost, and a 1-Day IP boost. So! How will you be deemed worthy of free goodies? Through a contest of sorts, of course!
