So I was doing side quests when I realized that the Simon NPC never spawned in the Beryl Cemetery. I went and used dive on Tanzan Lake found the corpse of Tara but cannot activate the quest in order to receive the super rod. I did some research on this problem and it seems that I missed talking to Simon in the Tanzan meteor complex before destroying it. I have attached my game file, if someone could fix this quest line it would be greatly appreciated.
