I've completed v9 way back, and decided to start a new playthrough of v10, and now im at the point of this sidequest again. Now, i found Oshawott again, and he is following me, but the game absolutely refuses to Surf, while anyone following me, and i dont see a way to the beach without using Surf. So i literally cant progress even with the story, since little guy dont want to go there. Am i missing something here? Some path or way to cross maybe, or is this actually broken?
