Starting from one of the piers should get you there.......... Then you have to walk some of the way on that walkway the TM is placed on. 1 Supporter AiedailEclipsed Posted March 25, 2018 Supporter Share Posted March 25, 2018 While surfing is the answer, you can only approach this TM from the area underneath Opal Bridge (as if you were going to enter the Underground Railnet).
